† In a pilot study of 12 college-aged resistance-trained subjects, a key ingredient in P.P.K.™ was ingested 30 minutes prior to exercise. In a pre-post design, blood flow was measured 0, 3 and 6 minutes post exercise either during a control week or 1 week after supplementing daily. Compared to control, a key ingredient in P.P.K.™ resulted a 54% greater increased in blood flow immediately following exercise (p <0.01).

† 24 resistance-trained males were selected to participate in a double-blind, placebo and diet controlled 12 week exercise training study. Participants supplementing with a key ingredient in P.P.K.™ had a 147% greater increase in total strength than those supplementing with placebos (p <0.001).*

PPK is the cream of the crop

PPK is the absolute best pre-workout I've ever used. I'll never use another one. The citrulline adds awesome pumps, and the flavours are all awesome. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new (and last) pre-workout. I love Blue Star Nutraceuticals and PPK is probably the star of their star studded supplement lineup. Wow…just wow.

Over the years I have tried a variety of pre workouts. Up until recently Super Set was choice. I have tried the latest, so called greatest and not quite known, as with varying results. But recently I have been using Status and Crea-Tech and decided to add PPK to the mix. Today was the first time and my workout was fuelled and then some! Felt like I could push all day and just train train train! This is my new go to!

Best Pre I've ever taken

Tried this pre because I was very impressed with the dosing and ingredient profile. Can say this is by far the best pre I've ever tried and I've tried pretty much ever brand out there. Sustained energy, no tingles or jitters and crazy pumps. Tried 4 different flavours and they were all great. Can't find a single fault with it to be honest. 100% satisfied with this product
