A key ingredient in AminoFast™ produced a 63% increase in time to exhaustion compared to water alone, and a 75% increase in time to exhaustion compared to a glucose-based sports drink (p < 0.05) Graph #2: 30 young healthy female and male adults volunteered for a double-blind, placebo controlled, crossover design study. Participants performed a 140 squat exercise protocol to induce delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) while consuming key ingredients in AminoFast™ or an isocaloric placebo. Muscle soreness was determined using a visual analog scale (VAS). Peak DOMS occurred in the placebo group at 48 hours, the time point when a key ingredient in AminoFast™ was associated with a 49% reduction ( p < 0.05).*

Somedays you gotta go a bit longer and harder. I tried this the first time during a max out day; and man, what a difference. Usually after my two big lifts I get tired and don't want to bother pushing the secondary lifts. I took once scoop of this and filled my shaker bottle with water and drank it during the first two exercises and found that I did not feel sluggish going into the rest of my work out. Really good product and the orange drink flavour taste real nice.
Great Product.. enjoy the taste.. I have adjusted to my taste, I find I get solid steady energy without any crashing after. I have found it I take it about 45 minutes before the gym - I can feel then energy happening
