I have seen increased fat loss and my sleep is definitely better

I’ve been using this for just over a week now, and it has certainly improved the quality of my sleep. I still wake up in the night to manage our baby, but I’m back asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, no more long stretches of laying there waiting for sleep again.
Still waiting for results with the fat burning, but like anything, I’m sure those take time and effort coupled with fort and exercise.
I do sometimes get an almost acid reflux or spicy burning sensation in the back of my throat, about a third of the time, but I just have to make sure I drink lots of water while taking them and it seems to be better.

Being someone who has a hard time staying a sleep this product does help a great bit to keep u a sleep and make you feel energized - I hate the fat lose portion because u won’t lose weight just taking this pill because that’s not how your body works -1 but overall great product

Blade PM is a strong a$$ product. I am currently a week in to taking it 1 hour before bed and sleeping much better than before. There is a feeling of queeziness in the stomach but it doesn't last long and to me, that's when it's working. As far as fat burning is concerned, I am noticing better tone in my body and more energy throughout the day. So far so good!

Blade PM has been a good addition to my diet and exercise plan. Just like GH Peak this product finishes the job at night.

The only negative thing that I can report is that it sometimes created stomach aches.
