We’ve been making award-winning supplements for over 15 years and those supplements have already helped thousands of people successfully transform their physiques and change their lives for the better, but you are under no obligation to use our products. We just think you’d be crazy not to.
Registration is open from March 4 - 17th, 2024.
Monday March 18, 2024. This is the day you take your Before photos.
Sunday June 16, 2024. This is the day you take your After photos.
Before and After photos must include a newspaper with the day’s date on it. Download these example images and replicate them as closely as possible.
Both your Before and After photos are submitted at the same time and must be submitted by June 16, 2024, 11:59pm ET. .

A panel of judges at Blue Star Nutraceuticals will evaluate all submissions and determine the winner to be the contestant who made the most dramatic overall change to their body shape and composition. See Section 4 of Official Rules for more information.

Absolutely! The pictures you see on this page are of real people, just like you, who ate well and trained hard for 91 days - and completely transformed their bodies. And just like you might be right now, they were all a little nervous and super excited to get started!
